Flour is a modern, independent bakery and patisserie, specialising in bespoke artisan cakes and bakes, cupcakes and daily treats. Whether it’s a birthday, christening or just an excuse to celebrate with cake, we can make something especially for you.

We bake exclusively with the very best ingredients available, including free range local eggs supplied by Potage farm, Jersey Milk and Butter. We've worked hard to create our tiny team of three cake-obsessed individuals who are passionate about what they make and the service they provide. Our cake makers are professionally trained in house by our Head chef, Kirstie who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2016.
We are open all year round.
