Ganache Jersey is an accumulation of experiences gained by chefs Glenn Noel and Constance Claperon throughout their journey as pastry Chefs, delivered through fine chocolates and French patisserie.
The products are hand made using artisanal craftmanship. Each chocolate is designed, produced, enrobed, decorated and hand selected for each box. The ingredients are carefully chosen for the best quality and taste for the sweet collections. Only local dairy products are used along with many other local products, such as honey and eggs.
