We offer an authentic dining experience in a casual intimate setting of the historical 8th century building of Surrey house. We only work with Jersey farmers and fishermen, Italian food artisans and natural winemakers who use a sustainable farming approach, adopting organic and biodynamic methods. Growing our wild garden with aromatic herbs, edible flowers and foraging hedgerows, we care about preserving biodiversity and opt for sustainable fresh supplies.
