More Information
These pieces have been specially arranged for this project by composers Beth Allen, Janet Swan, Carol Donaldson, Thabo Mkwananzi, Katie Rose Bennett, and Esther Rose Parkes.
The Lullaby Project, a three-year initiative, began with collecting lullabies from around Jersey to create a lullaby portrait of the Island. This was followed by a year of community events and lullaby writing workshops, leading to the commissioning of six composers to work with the collection of over 60 lullabies to create 14 choir arrangements for The Lullaby Choir.
