The location of this property will appeal to people who want to relax and enjoy their surroundings. It is a perfect base for bird watching as The National Trust for Jersey Wetland Centre is newly opened in the area. It is also a lovely base for a walking holiday with beach walks, sand dune walks and reservoir walks all nearby.
There is a restaurant and bar at the Les Mielles golf club just a stroll away and several restaurants along the length of St Ouen's Bay. The golf course is open to the public on a 'Pay and Play' basis. The beach is just a 20 minute walk from this holiday home.
Children are welcome but there are both internal and external steps making this property unsuitable for toddlers.
