Our team, lead by Head Chef Christophe Stock, have designed menus using French cooking techniques, local ingredients wherever possible and some exciting twists to create something unique for diners.
At Hotel de France, you will find three central dining areas, whilst all offer La Terrasse menus, each section has a very different feel: The Palm room is defined by its towering palm trees. The Bistro-style area is where the extensive Bar is located. Lastly, there is both a covered and open terrace to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
