The Railway Walk
Follow the route of Jersey’s old railway on this peaceful four mile walk from St Aubin to Corbière and enjoy the charm of this tree-lined climb. Discover interesting details of the island’s past and the relics of the railway, last used in the Occupation. Ideal for walking and cycling with some great pit stops for refreshments along the way.

Stop of at Off the Rails for a wood fired pizza lunch of a snack from their kiosk in the play area or Jersey Lavender Farm for a cream tea. You’ll be well rewarded with stunning panoramic views of St. Ouen’s Bay when you reach La Corbière Lighthouse which marks the end of the route.

Use the winter weekends to support your local environment by helping Jersey Trees for Life replant the Railway Walk in the crisp seasonal air. We’ll meet at 10am - exact location will be confirmed in advance, including parking options. It’s safe to say, however, that the earlier sessions in this series will be close to or at La Corbière.
