From brewing to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labelling, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent grain to glass spirits to islanders and has done for several years. Located in central St. Helier, La Côte Distillery offers a 'gin lab' where you'll spend the afternoon creating your own bespoke spirit. Run by couple Alex & Thea, you'll be guided through the process of making your craft spirit to take home
With a hands-on approach and a commitment to craft, La Côte Distillery is a space where experience and flavour thrive. During the 3hr workshop, you’ll learn about alcohol production, taste a number of spirits, select botanicals for your spirit, run your own still & design your label. Grazing boards and drinks provided.
