We are a husband and wife duo with years of experience in wellbeing and fitness. Russ is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, personal trainer and sports massage therapist & Dana is a 500hr registered yoga teacher. We regularly put on 1-day wellbeing retreats that include introduction to the Wim Hof method including ice bath, breathwork and yoga.

Russ teaches breathwork and meditation, and is the only certified Wim Hom Method instructor in the Channel Islands. He was taught by the very own Wim Hof himself!

He is also qualified in teaching the Buteyko Breathing Method, XPT Performance Breathing,, along with animal flow which improves mobility and strength through movement. And after all the activities he can give you a Sport Massage as he is also qualified in that!

Dana has discovered yoga about 18 years ago and has done her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2018 with Sun Power Yoga School in London. Dana loves yoga and teaching so much that she took another 300hr YTT in 2021 with Aligned Yoga School in Los Angeles.

We are open all year round.
