Our one hour SUP sessions are the perfect way to build your confidence, improve your technique and have a bit of adventurous fun out on the water. Our lessons are suitable for anyone eight+. We use top of the range inflatable boards that are beginner friendly, so everyone can enjoy some SUP fun.
