Kula Yoga – Sunset Yoga
Unwind with Sunset Yoga in the stunning bay of St. Ouen. Take time to ground yourself in nature and be surrounded with fresh sea air. We'll breathe through poses to connect your body with the earth and allow time to declutter your mind. Immerse yourself in Sunset Yoga and end your day outdoors to feel nourished.

We offer classes every Tuesday evening, during the warm summer months, so come join me on the mat for a Vinyasa flow to reconnect with Mother Nature. All classes end with a short guided relaxation to leave you feeling centred. All levels welcome. Also offering 1:1 or small group sessions on request at other locations.
